Summer Farewell

WOW, that’s all I can say when I saw the massive clusters of Summer Farewell blooming at Chassahowitzka WMA. A blooming feast for butterflies and bees.

The Summer Farewell (Dalea pinnata) is a Florida native plant and host plant for the Southern Dogface Sulphur butterfly.
