So I took this photo of the beautiful Clouded Crimson Moth and now I got the caterpillar stage!

And now we know that the Clouded Crimson Moth uses the Southern Beeblossom as it’s host plant!

The was first Southern Beeblossom specimen that was collected in Florida was in 1942 in Sarasota Co. it wasn’t until 1971 botanists collected a specimen in Hernando County.
